• Recommending the most suitable grade, specification and optimum size of tubes and pipes to our clients so that they may get the maximum value for their money.
• Regular after-sales visit to the customers’ works to get the feedback on the performance of the supplied products / services and incorporate the feedback information into maximum development process.

 Vendors

 Vendor selection is done purely on the basis of Quality of Material and Delivery Period.

• We believe that the quality of our products depends upon the quality of raw material input. The incoming raw material is thoroughly inspected by our QA / QC department and only after complete satisfaction of the quality, it is taken into process.
• To ensure that the uninterrupted supply of quality raw materials throughout the year, we would continually keep ourselves updated with the information regarding the new upcoming vendors.
